All purchases from Alglist.com are FINAL SALE.
Once placed, orders cannot be CANCELED under any circumstance.
Orders will only be placed after the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
PROCESSING TIMES
  • Ready to ship items can be processed the same day if you order before 4 pm Pacific time. 
  • Made to order items have varying processing times that can be found in each item's product description. 
  • Processing times cannot be expedited. 
  • SHIPPING POLICY:

    Domestic Orders:
  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • International orders:
  • UPS Standard: Estimated 4-10 business days, *Delivery times may vary depending on your region*

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including customs fees for some countries.
  • If a package gets returned back to us, for failure of pickup or an invalid address, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee and there will be no returns or exchanges given.

     DELAYS
  • If there’s a delay from our end, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. (Priority Packages come with a $50 insurance. If you'd like to add insurance for the full cost of your package please send us an email).
  • RETURNS 
    As purchases are FINAL SALE. We only allow returns for store credit, but they must adhere to the following conditions:
    • Items must be returned within 3 business days after approval.
    • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
    • No exchanges. Once an item is returned, you can repurchase using your store credit.
    Non-returnable Items include:
  • Custom Prom Gowns
  • Custom Sized Items
  • Fabric Tears / Rips from sizing issues.
  • Sale items
  • Return Process:
  • Must contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Ship the item back within 3 business days (after approval) using a trackable method. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item shows signs of tampering, wearing, missing tags, or damages, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back as customers will be responsible for reshipment fee.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
  • If items are damaged/defective upon arrival please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery and failure to return the item within 3 business days (after approval) will result in a denial for an exchange.
