Yes, all purchases are final sale and can be returned for store credit so long as they meet the return conditions.

So long as the order hasn't shipped, we can cancel for store credit! Make sure to email us to customer.support@alglist.com with the details.

If the item hasn't shipped, we may be able to switch it for you to another item, if the difference is less, we will issue store credit for the remaining amount. If more, we will send an invoice by email for you to cover the difference.

If you want to return an item and exchange it for a different piece, please provide all the details once you initiate the return so it is processed swiftly.

If any unexpected delay occur from our end, customers will be notified via email with an updated estimated shipping timeline.

However, once the package is shipped, the courier assumes responsibility. Alglist is not responsible for any carrier-related delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please file a claim with them directly for them to compensate you for the loss.

We can reship it back to you once we receive it, but customers are responsible for covering the reshipment fee.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, and discounts cannot be applied retroactively. We encourage you to use your discount code on your next purchase!

Unfortunately, the system may automatically cancel an order for various reasons, which is beyond our control.

If your card was charged, but the order did not go through, the funds will be refunded automatically and should appear in your account within 24 hours.
